Welcome!
As an educator and training and development professional who is passionate about technology, I am excited to be on this platform.
I have over 20 years of experience in training and development and working with technology. I enjoy showing educators how to bridge technology into their curriculum and classroom - and the value in doing so. As a member of the CPS - ITS AISC (Artificial Intelligence Steering Committee) and having acquired my AI Badge of knowledge, I see great value in sharing AI resources for Tech Talk 2025.
I am a CompTIA Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+), a Google Certified Educator, a Certified Virtual Presenter and an Apple Teacher. I enjoy learning and bringing my technology skills to any learning environment to promote awareness, growth and change. Having spent time in Chicago Public School's classroom as a technology coordinator, I enjoy connecting with educators to introduce and train them on how to engage with technology in their classrooms. With my former time spent in corporate America creating and building training programs with a technology focus, there's value in bringing technology into any environment. My years of experience working with Apple and Google applications, GoGuardian, Microsoft Professional and a host of other technology applications are tools that aid me in bringing my best to a technology arena.
In my current role at Chicago Public Schools as an Engagement Specialist Team Lead, I work with Apple Classroom, Google Classroom, GoGuardian, Jamf Pro. and more.
