This day-long event is designed to enhance your skills and provide valuable insights into the tech tools necessary for organization and student engagement.

Top Five Jamf Pro Tickets Seen in ServiceNow LIMITED

Jamf Pro is a Mobile Device Management (MDM) tool that helps IT professionals manage Apple devices. Jamf Pro is used by the Engagement Specialist Team to manage iPads at CPS schools. It automates the lifecycle of Apple devices from deployment to security.  Some of the key components of iPad management, such as enrolling iPads in Jamf Pro and pushing apps to iPads can be tricky, if all of the correct steps are not followed. In this session, I will highlight and review the five most common issues related to Jamf Pro and iPad management that I see in ServiceNow tickets. I will discuss reasons why these issues may come up, and provide troubleshooting tips to resolving these issues.

This session is recommended for people who have already received Jamf training in the past.
