CPS Tech Talk 2025

Today’s classroom contains a diverse background of students in what they know and how they think and engage in learning. A UDL framework employs strategies that allow teachers to easily address the margins of their classroom. Attendees will take away strategies to employ Big Ideas in emphasizing major concepts in learning so that all learners benefit. They will learn to present content is in various ways to give struggling learners multiple opportunities to conceptualize math learning and provide learners who already understand the basics another perspective on how to further explore the mathematics. The presentation will review tools to for questioning, feedback and prompts to further develop problem solving skills and productive struggle.
