Join this workshop to see how 3D printing can be used by elementary, middle, or high-school students to solve real world problems big and small. Give your students authentic, project-based opportunities to demonstrate their creativity and design skills and incorporate STEAM in a natural and engaging way. This workshop will walk you through everything from brainstorming to design to printing usable products or prototypes. You'll see examples of ways 3D printing is being used by big businesses and everyday people to make their lives better. We'll explore examples of individual, small group, and whole class projects. 

You’ll also see a brief and simple overview of the three steps of 3D printing, what you’ll need to get started, and how to choose the best printer for your needs. No prior 3D printing experience is necessary.
