The Information & Technology Services Department of Chicago Public Schools is thrilled to announce Tech Talk 2025, taking place on Tuesday, February 25th, 2025.
Tech Talk is a comprehensive, virtual professional development conference spearheaded by CPS educators, Tech Coordinators, Google experts, SOPPA-approved vendors, and CPS thought leaders. This day-long event is designed to enhance your skills and provide valuable insights into the tech tools necessary for organization and student engagement.
Participants will learn about methods of launching, improving, or enriching their STEM instruction with NextWaveSTEM's K-12 curriculum and resources, with an emphasis on AI and Drones programming. Facilitators will review updates to NextWaveSTEM's offerings for 2025 including: new Spanish language supports, drone simulator software for use in Drone programs, online teacher training modules, and supplemental lessons added to our existing curriculum.
