About me
I joined the ITS—Enterprise Device Systems Team in November 2021 as the Apple Platform Engineer, specializing in iPad and Mac user experience and Jamf MDM support. I've been with CPS since 2004 in several IT technical support positions, which involved supporting different platforms, such as Windows, Chromebooks, iOS, etc., in the Information Technology field. As a member of the iOS Support Team, I played a pivotal role in the Jamf migration project, offering crucial on-the-ground support to schools.
Personal note: Enjoy walking by the lake and listening to music. I have two sons, plus one 4-legged son named Kirby.
