Sree is an Executive Director of Enterprise Application Services at Chicago Public Schools. Previously, he was an Executive Director of Digital Transformation & Innovation at Microsoft. In earlier roles, he engaged multi-billion dollar corporations to develop their digital transformation (DT) vision. His solid experience in understanding the needs of all levels of business enables him to develop, quantify and communicate the value of transformation initiatives. Situationally aware that the transactional and short-term needs of operations require a different valuation approach when compared to the long-term corporate vision, he frequently provides a DT value framework that meets all planning horizons. In general, Sree helps to prioritize competing initiatives using a combination of his business value acumen, human centered design thinking, communication skills, strategic and operation plans. He has been successful in helping to execute DT visions from $60m to $1.6B.
